Our Core Team
Alison is a project and programme manager with over 25 years experience in implementing business change and IT applications across both the public and private sector.
An ex-Oracle consultant Alison has been delivering change projects in the NHS since 2006, specifically at Royal Liverpool, Leeds Teaching Hospital, Alder Hey and more recently Pennine Care Foundation Trust Trafford where she has been managing their electronic patient record programme of work.
Since completing an MBA Alison has been researching change management and sustaining change in the NHS. She is working on her doctoral thesis and also lectures part-time to undergraduate and masters students on Business Transformation and Benefits Management.
John is a senior IT and business change consultant with 25+ years experience in finance, supply chain and NHS transformation.
John has delivered large scale change in both the private and public sector supporting clients in restructuring, cost improvement and incentive management programmes.
In the NHS John has been responsible for leading large ERP, CRM and clinical system implementations such as electronic rostering and digital dictation.
An ex-KPMG consultant John is a qualified management accountant and has extensive knowledge of working practices across a wide range of global organisations and industries.
